Tongen Touch Integrative Session
Listening to both the physical & the energetic to reconnect your whole body and relieve pain, I use a variety of specific treatment techniques as I invite you to move fluidly like water, and to deeply rest within. Imagine being carried in an ocean of gentle but strong energy… your inner experience is nurtured. As you listen within, your intuition is fostered, and you return home to your body. From here, so much is possible.
Increase flexibility & mobility: Reduce muscle stress during workouts & daily activities, Increase range of motion, Support joint lubrication, Improve posture & coordination, Prevent age-induced physical limitation, Support activation & engagement of the muscles, Reduce risk of injuries, Improve performance. Both passive and active stretching is combined using Thai massage, sports massage, and other techniques. *can be performed clothed or unclothed (with professional draping).
Tinnitus Treatment session
Eases tensions on the inner ear with focus on neck, head, and jaw and correcting misalignments. Long-term tinnitus is best treated with 6 – 8 weekly sessions.
Facial Massage (clothed session)
Gives you a radiantly healthy glow! Brings blood, oxygen & nutrients in, increases collagen production, relieves tension, increases muscle tone, strengthens and tightens facial muscles, opens sinuses. Flushes swelling & toxins out, reduces fine lines & undereye circles. Nourish and rejuvenate your skin with natural anti-aging skin care; regular light facial massage can work wonders for your skin. *Includes sinus, ear, suboccipital (base of the neck) pressure points. *this session is clothed.
Restorative Massage for Deep Rest
A lighter session, intended to promote gentle relaxation and deep rest. Long, integrating massage strokes are used with a slower pace.
Head, Neck, Shoulders and Arms
Relieves tension headaches, migraines, chronic neck pain, eye strain, sinusitis, tinnitus. Increases pain-free range-of-motion in your neck and shoulders while releasing neck tension. *Includes massage of shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and facial muscles. To remove severe tension, deep tissue massage techniques are used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue. Helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. *Note: 15 and 30-minute sessions are performed clothed.
Low Back, Hips Treatment
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is used to relieve pain in muscles and connective tissue, helping to improve range of motion and heal injuries. May also include targeted stretching. *Note: can be received clothed or unclothed. *Time exceeding specific back treatment will be used for whole-body integration.
Leg, Knee or Ankle Treatment
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique to work with muscles and connective tissue, addressed trigger points and adhesions. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries. *Note: can be received clothed or unclothed. *Time exceeding specific leg treatment will be used for whole-body integration.

Phenomenal Touch Massage
Phenomenal Touch integrates Thai Massage stretches, movement, and undulation of the spine, and uses gravity and body weight rather than strength to acquire depth and pressure. It is a magnificent dance of reverence.
Deep-tissue Massage and Assisted Stretching!
Releasing adhesions that can limit range-of-motion. Specific techniques include Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Stripping, Myofascial Release work. I apply deep-tissue techniques with awareness, sensitivity around the specific work. Muscle Energy Techniques reset contracted muscles. I love offering Assisted stretching, it can increase your pain-free range of motion substantially.
Orthopedic and Medical Massage
Treating TMJ, Whiplash/Car Accident cases, and other conditions, Passive Positional Release techniques are used to calm spasming muscles. Basic Manual Lymph Drainage (a non-invasive, light-touch therapy) gently flushes out swelling. Deep-tissue and Muscle Energy Techniques release chronic muscle tension, stretch shortened muscles and tendons, and decompress joints, normalizing your musculoskeletal system to restore pain-free movement.
