Our bodies are more than muscles and bones; they reflect our thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Tina offers holistic modalities that invite you to embrace and respect your body, mind, and spirit.
This means that it’s a safe space to breathe, listen to your body, rest, let your mind and emotions unwind, and to receive the gentle contact and nourishment we all need to be healthy.
You’ll be encouraged to listen to your heart, and to voice your needs. Most of all, you’ll receive an invitation to be kind and compassionate with yourself.
Tina does not include sexuality or “sensual touch” in her sessions. Those looking for this are asked to look elsewhere.
Her years of practice and extensive training in massage, embodied meditation and present-moment inquiry, mindfulness, somatic awareness, yoga, dance and movement, authentic relating, nonviolent (compassionate) communication, coaching, and more make her sessions a truly unique experience, intended to support your mind-body connection.
