Book Your Moving with Grace SessionI love dance. I love moving to give expression to things that words can’t reach. It’s a full experience involving mind-body and soul. I can think of little else so completely therapeutic and life-giving.
Dance makes me happy to be alive. It allows me to express when I feel good, and when I feel every other emotion. It all comes through. With grace.
It’s important to keep our hearts and bodies engaged to support health and growth right now.
Moving with Grace means allowing yourself to relax and accept where you are.
Moving with Grace means being in the unknown and moving anyway, trusting the process.
And most of all, Moving with Grace means letting yourself trip up, not be graceful, and continue growing through your dance / life / challenge.
I invite you to give yourself this gift of movement to express what words cannot. To give voice to you as a being, beyond words and structured thought. I offer online private sessions to help you do so here.
