During our session, my intention is to be present with you. I give space for integration of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experience. Making contact with any of these levels effects your whole being. Even as we focus on the physical level, we invite more wholeness to your mind and emotions.
To build embodied awareness in your physical and subtle inner experience, I may coach you to follow your breath, to “breathe into” different areas of your body, and to sense your inner experience without judgment.
