I’ve traveled this path to greater health since I was 18 (you can read more about that here). Now, 25 years later, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned… that feeling more ease, freedom, and vitality comes naturally with the use of simple breath & body awareness techniques to relieve pain and invite more wholeness to your mind, body, and emotions.
During your session, my intention is to be present with you. We have space for integration of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual experience. Making contact with any of these levels effects your whole being, and I hold intention for the highest possibilities for your health.
