Life as you know it may be falling apart. Maybe your kids just left the nest or you’ve had a major life transition. Something has made you re-evaluate almost everything. Or maybe you’ve been going through the motions. Doing the same thing you’ve been doing for a long time. But you realize you need a major change.
You know this means making the commitment to spend time with yourself so you can see what you need. Right now you may be too busy to slow down, and when you do slow down you zonk out or feel anxious. But you also know that with the right support, you’re ready to slow down and be present with yourself… like you would with a good friend.
You want to reconnect with yourself right now.
The Tongen Touch™ Reconnect: 3-Month Program supports your desire to enrich your life with awareness, acceptance, and joy. Tina offers healing presence and somatic awareness practices that help you reconnect with your mind-body-heart.
It’s possible that a few simple shifts can help you go from feeling disconnected to intimately connected with yourself, your family and friends, and life.
Tina has been on this journey, and she has some good things to share!
When we listen within, there’s a whole Universe to explore. We can cultivate a space of awareness that changes the effect of constriction, discomfort, and pain. This awareness transforms us and our experiences.

Benefits of Tongen Touch™ Reconnect 3-Month Program:
- receive support and guidance to feel your experience again
- rediscover motivation to take good care of yourself
- allow deeper healing to happen
- build your foundation on inner-security
The Tongen Touch™ Reconnect: 3-Month Program is a somatic awareness program that uses ancient and modern methods that reconnect your breath and body. It’s intended to provide consistent support to help you move through the amnesia that can happen between the mind and the body, which contributes to pain. This work is based on felt sensation as present-moment experience as we track the wisdom of your body. This work is not intended as talk therapy. In cases where talk therapy may be needed, Tina will recommend those therapists to support you as well.
