Fantastic experience. I have been working with another massage therapist to prevent injuries related to running with good results. However, my session with Tina was more effective. I limped into the session with a super tight lower left side that was causing pain in my usual areas. I walked out feeling 100% better. I think the difference is that she listened to my description of the scenario, used her intuition, and then checked in with during the session to focus her efforts and get results. The stretching combined with focused breathing really seemed to help too. I get lazy and stop doing it, probably end up holding my breath and tensing up, but she kept me focused on my breath.
