Hello, I’m Tina Tongen. I offer body-based therapy and coaching to ease anxiety and reduce pain. Integrative Clinical Massage Therapy, Somatic Coaching, and Positive Intelligence® Coaching rewire anxiety and pain patterns so my clients reclaim the joy of being in a happy and healthy body.

My mission is to empower people to relate with themselves and their families in ways that create good! I truly believe that we create better together when we slow down to take care of ourselves.
