Stress Management is important right now to relieve stress and therefore return your body to a calm and composed state.
I recorded this VLog this morning to uplift people as we move into unknown territory: staying home during the COVID-19 shut-down. I’ll be offering online classes for stress management using breath, meditation and simple stretches.
